Hid's

I have a 2008 Ram 1500. I recently installed the bi-xenon kit, with relay harness from HIDextra. Everything went well and works. However, recently when I drive with lights on every now and then, they (flash)shut off for a second and then back on again. has anyone had this happen? what can i do to fix this? if anything

Did they give you the PnP harness that has the two capacitors in them to stop the flickering?
