The problem I am having is i cant get my defrost vents to open up.I have looked thru search already but cant find anything.It is on a 2003 1500. Can some anyone tell me where I can look to find out how to get to the flapper door area I have tore front part of dash off but can not get to it still.All help would be greatly appreciated.Dealer cost is like $500 dollars and would like to try and do it myself if at all possible.

pull the blower motor. if the flapper door is broken it will be loose when u reach up in there.
