you cant fit a 16" wheel on a ram. The smallest you can go is a 17"

That would be 100% correct provided we assume he's got a 3rd Gen and posted in the correct section. He can fit 16s on a 2nd Gen of he's got one...

and is the truck lifted? what about rim, is it stock?

you will have a hard time fitting a 35/12.5 on any year truck unless you have a bit of lift. you will have to grind down your brakes to fit 16s

My guess is he has a o8 1500. That's the jist of the year and model. I think he will need a spacer for the ideal fitment. That and a level. imo/

I disagree, I think it will just fit. Although i don't know why he wants the smaller rim size. Could be cheaper rubber prices? But 35's will fit with a level. It's been done before, with the o6-o8 models......

negative....you can not fit a 16" wheel on a 3rd gen Ram, even if u file down the caliper it still wont fit...the smallest you can go is a 17" and it needs to be a front mount wheel if it is a 17"
