Default Swapped 3.7 to 4.7. Cluster not working

I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 and I swapped it to a 2005 dodge Durango 4.7.
I used a 2006 dodge ram 4.7 engine harness
and i used a 2003 dodge ram 4.7 pcm

everything cranks but the cluster is not received anything.

it gave me a few C-codes

what can I do to fix it?

They changed some of the stuff with the systems on the '06 model year. If you're mixing that with '02-'05 tech, it will have issues and most likely not be compatible.

so I will need to run a 2004 or 2005 engine harness so it can be compatible
