Alright so I have headlights that have been opened up in order to install the oracle CCFL's and paint the reflectors. They have been properly resealed and have even taken extra measures to seal other parts of the light where the lights plug into the housing. I even noticed this same fogging before the lights were taken apart. I was wondering if this was normal or if their is something I could do to fix this issue. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I have attached a photo of what Im taking about so you can have a better look.
