Is everything else the same? Transmission? 2 or 4WD?

Someone else can tell you about if the computers will work or if you need to reflash. Since the bodies are different, you may need to swap the exhaust manifolds, intake and possible oil pan. The oil pan will be either a front, center or rear sump pan. If they look identical on the pan, you may not need to swap them. With the engine out, now would be a good time to check the expansion plugs, any oil leaks and generally clean the engine up. Personally, I'd drop the pan anyway just to check for debris or sludge.

2007 could be MDS, depending on the donor. You don't have MDS on your 04, assuming you had a 04 hemi and not doing a retrofit.
