Default Passenger Side CV Axle (half shaft) pops off when driving

Hello everyone.
I have a 2006 RAM1500 SLT 4x4. I had to replace the front passenger side hub bearing assembly. That was an adventure, but got it done. While doing that I decided to replace the half shaft as well.
Everything seemed to go back together just fine.
However after a couple of days the half shaft started to disconnect from the circlip and come off of the diff shaft.
I had purchased a new half shaft from Oreilly so I went and got a reman shaft, same issue. I then went and purchased a shaft from the Dodge dealer. That shaft seemed to work fine for about a week, then yesterday it popped off.
Does anyone know if the hub bearing assembly's should be different for the driver and passenger side? The hub bearing assembly provided by Oreillys appears to be the same as the driver side as it has the abs sensor cable attached.
I'm kind of at a loss as what could cause this.
I would appreciate any ideas.
Thanks!

Are you sure the shaft is installed all the way?

Ball joints are tight? Hub is tight? Something has play in it to let the axle come out.

Everything is torqued to the specs in the Haynes book.
I am picking up a hub assembly from the dealer today. I will compare the hubs and check everything tonight.
