Default 1500 leaf spring bushings! is the dealership dumb!

03 ram 1500 4x4
So i've had the worst sqeak in my leaf springs for the longest time, i've sprayed every fluid known to man kind on every part of the leaf spring, only to have the sqeak come back a few days later. I went to the parts desk at the dealership and was told that the bushings can only be replaced on the front eye of the spring, what the hell! are they right? I have a feeling they're just straight idiots! Also whats involved in replacing the bushings (press? or do they just slide out?) Any reccomendations as to which bushings to get.

thanks

i don't thinks its between the leafs themselves, i had a mechanic check and he used a stethascope and said it was the bushings, i thought i had read a long time ago about a kit that dodge sold but i can' remember

mine did that for a long time turned out to be in between the spring. use to spray everything in there myself and it would stop for a while. my solution was to take big zip ties and take pressure off the springs and slip them in between springs. not the best solution for everybody from my haven't squeaked in about 8 years.
