Bilstein 5100's
 

I have a 2007 1500. I rebuilt the front end and put a leveling kit on at the same time about 10,000 miles ago. The truck has never really sat completely level with the kit on it. The front sits about 1.5" lower than the back. My question is would it be alright to put in the bilstein 5100's and level the truck out with the blocks already in it? I would only have to set the bilsteins to the 1.34". I am also looking for a better ride quality to go along with the level so I think the bilsteins would do the trick.

Looks level to me by looking at the rockers and the wheel studs to be honest with ya.
But never thought of blocks on adjustable struts?? I wouldnt Thats bad news for Your front cv axles..Babys would be toast in a months time.

It would be bad even if I adjust the struts to sit perfectly level? I just thought it wouldn't hurt either way as long as it sits level and not any higher.

I had the 2.5" leveling spacers on mine after a little under a year the ride got pretty bad so i pulled them off and installed the bilsteins at 2" and it looks just the same and now the control arms and the cv axles are in much better position compared to how they were with the spacers installed. When you install the bilsteins you are compressing your coil past factory so it all works out nice.

Did you truck sit higher with the bilsteins than the blocks?

When the 2.5" spacers were on it seemed a little higher in the front and when i put the 5100's on it leveled perfect. I also was gonna consider setting the struts at 0" and leave the spacers on but decided against it when i was putting them on. I would recommend you install them yourself if you can tackle it save yourself a lot of money.
