Running No Front Shocks?

This might sound crazy but how bad would it be to run no front shocks for a couple weeks just straight coil springs on a 2wd ram 1500? I had to remove my Monroe shocks and of course the upper shock mount had essentially welded itself together from rust so I cut them off. Locally I can only get the same Monroe shocks but because I'm lifted I want to get pro comp es9000's. Because of my big coil spacer the coil spring is not nearly as bouncy and I drove it like that all day. It rode better than with the maxed out Monroe's.

If you keep on smooth pavement and avoid pot holes it should probably be alright.

It'll certainly be bouncy. You won't have a lot of control, either.

If you can't find the actual shocks you need locally try 4 wheel parts online or something like that to find ones that fit right

You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. The shocks on the 4x2 are what limits the downward travel of the suspension. Removing the shock allows the LCA to drop down basically an infinite amount.
