Default Hello from Germany..Questions on New tires

How you all doing. My question is how big of a tire can I put on my 17 inch stock wheel? Now I have 285/70/17 on them but if you look at my profile picture they just look to small for the truck. I want something that will fill in most of that space. I have a 2inch lift. I like the Nitto trail, toyo mt, cooper stt not really sure about those. Maybe someone can help me out. Thanks..

If you have 285/70s on stock wheels, they must look like donuts. I have 285/70s on 17X9.

I don't know if you can go much bigger and keep the inside clearance.

Thanks for the quick reply. Your truck looks good. I found out today that if I go any bigger they will rub. I don't want that. I decided to buy the Cooper STT 285/70/17. Thanks again John.
