2500 diesel won't start
 

I have had this truck parked up for a year when I went to start it last week I could not get the pump to prime or get it to start. I have fitted a new pump but it does not prime when turning on the ignition and it still it won't start , the ignition comes on and all systems seem ok and the starter turns ok it just won't start , I put my code reader on and it says cannot detect ignition on even though it all seems to be on , all the dash gauges don't seam to be on either (eg fuel gauge shows empty even with fuel in), all fuses seem ok is this a PCM issue ?

It is a 2003

Found a bad ground wire from the ECM up near the PCM I repaired this and it started up fine

Great! Glad it was something fairly simple------to fix, probably a PIA to find.
