Default Code P0308

The only things that appeared to exceed its parameter are the 02 sensors. I don’t think they should exceed 1 volt. Shouldn’t it be 0.1 to 0.9 volt? Can someone help me interpret what could be the issue here:

Question 2013 Charger dct P0138

I am having a similar issue getting the P0138, which identifies O2 Bank 1 Sensor 2 as the culprit. What I am looking for is to know which side, left or right, and which sensor, before or after the cat, is being referred to. Can anyone help me?
