Default 2004 dodge ram 1500 4.7l

I have recently decided to change my instrument panel lights because one of the bulbs blew however no parts stores have been able to give me an answer as to what bulb size I need. I bought a set of eBay and have managed to make them work for now but I would like to put the correct bulb size back in with lED's of course and this has not been my first time disassembling a cluster for repaires but apon reinstalling my cluster I noticed that my tach and speedo were not working correctly the speedo was at least 10-15 mph off and the tach would not go past 2000rpm and it was working fine before I had to take it apart I didn't damage the board in anyway or drop it. if anyone can help with my two questions id appreciate it.

?1 what is the bulb sizes for instrument cluster
?2 what are the likely causes for my speedo and tach malfunction
