Red face New dead battery???

Not sure where to post this so admins, please excuse my ignorance in advance...
2003 Dodge , 5.7 liter (Hemi)
I just recently replaced the AC blower motor and resistor as the fan would only work after I hit a bump in the road. Well, neither worked so I did a little more research and ended up replacing the the ignition control module on the left side of the steering column. Well last night my battery died...got a jump, all good.
This evening ( I rarely drive) I get out to my truck and my radio is on, which I knew was off when I parked at home.

So my question-is there something I missed when I replaced the ignition module in the truck? It was a pain in the *** getting it in and aligning it with the key cylinder (didn't replace that, no issues with it).

Any help/guidance would be GREATLY appreciated!

Make sure when the key is off. There is no power. May have alignment off a touch.
