P2311 code won't go away

I had a this code for ignition coil 4 insufficient ionization. I replaced the coil and all 16 freaking plugs. Well the CEL is still coming on when I take off from a stop, and most of the time when I turn and go. I've checked the wires and re-seated the wiring harnesses. Still happening. Any ideas?

I may have been unclear. The light goes off at times, but keeps coming back. I've unhooked the battery and turned on the key for 30 seconds. No change. The p2311 code will still come up on the odometer with the key trick.

Try swapping with another coil. See if the issue follows the coil. If not you know its a wiring issue. How old are the plug wires?

There are no plug wires. It started misfiring and shaking with a flashing engine light today. Took it to dealership. All on cylinder 4.

You have 16 plugs and 8 coils. You've got a few wires.

Well, there are no "plug wires." I've checked the coil wires, but found nothing.

Took it to the dealer. They said it needs a new computer for $1,200. Has anyone had any luck with a rebuilt pcm?
