Ram 2002 code/ system malfunction

Ram 2002 code/ system malfunction
Help. I am New to Ram trucks.
I tried to fix an engine code by disconnecting the negative battery cable. Kaboom, that just opened up Pandora' s box. Now I don't have brake lights, don't have headlight switch control, don't have wipers and the temperature read out on the over head computer only displays dashes. I have a 2002 Ram 1500 with 104500 on it. Please, I welcome any advise at this point.
