02-05 1500 4x4 shock question

what aftermarket shocks is everyone using for their 02-05 1500 4x4 w/ a level kit? I was looking at the Bilstein 5100 and 5125 but they only make the rear shocks for it. Also same with the Rancho 9000's they only make the rear but not the front. So what is everyone using?
