Axle stuck in knuckle
 

03 ram 1500 4x4 went to install ball joints last weekend no big deal done plenty ......start on drivers side change tie rod end little worse than usual no big deal upper ball joint loosened and seperated now the center axle nut no issue for a 3/4 drive ratchet back the nut off to flush grab a hammer no go hmmm ait hammer no go 10lb slege no go so i decide 2 can play that pop.the cv loose at the chunk take.it to a buddies shop 40 ton press no go heat ot woth a torch while.in press no go gave up ordered knuckle hub bearing and axle ......while waiting on parts started on passenger side tried the axle off the bat aledge wont touch ot any ideas getting expensive quick!

if it won't come out with what you have already done; your not getting it out...replace parts unfortunately.
Maybe try removing the assembly and soaking the hub/shaft in bucket of trans fluid for a week and then bfh...but i bet the bearing won't like the bfh.

put anti-seize on the spline of the new axle shaft.
