Default 2002 Ram 1500 alignment

Im a new truck owner. I bought a lifted ram 1500 sport. When i got it the tires were worn weird. The outer edge of the front tires were bald but the inside were like new. I bought new tires and took it for an alighment. They called and said the ball joints where bad and it wasnt worth aligning till i replaced them. I orderer a set of moog a arms put them on and took it back. When i went to pick it up they said they could only align the toe and couldnt do the camber or caster. He tried saying there is no way to adjust it. I dont want my $1000 tires to get ruined. Wondering what to do now. The truck has about a 6 inch lift. I have no idea which brand. Tires are 315 75 17.

the upper control arms bolts to a slotted frame bracket to provide caster and camber adjustments. When lift kits are installed there may not be enough range in the slots to get caster or camber in spec. If this is the case, aftermarket uca should be installed that provide for the adjustment.

post the printout of the alignment.
if just the caster is out and cross caster is within 0.5 degrees, your fine...caster angles do not wear tires.

Did they tried to move the uca and they were seized? Did they try to move them and ran out of adjustment or never moved them at all?
