Default Oil loss

Hello Iím a new member to the page. I have a 2004 dodge with a 5.7 Hemi magnum in it. I donít have any oil leaks or loss of oil. But for the past year now Iíve been burning oil like crazy. About every 4K miles my ďcheck gaugesĒ light come on and I have no oil. I ran a compression test on my truck and it came back fine. With no loss of pressure. But I donít know what else it could be other then my gaskets or seals. If anyone knows what is possibly could be or any thought please help. It burns fuel in idle and when I step on it you can see the white smoke from me burning oil. Thank you

White smoke is burning coolant. Blue smoke is oil. Black smoke is running rich.

If there are no obvious external leaks, then you have a problem elsewhere. First thing I would look at is the PCV system.

I replaced my pcv valve and it still does it but my water pump is bad. Could that be it?

Water pump isn't going to have any affect on oil consumption. Aftermarket PCV valves aren't always the correct flow rate either. They are dirt cheap at the dealer, and they are actually correct.

May have a bad intake gasket too.......

I replaced the pcv valve and I still have the same issues. I burn almost all 7 quarts of oil in 4200 miles. Iím just sick of putting oil in it that often and want it to stop

Then you need to find out where it's going.

Seal off the PCV system. (tape over the hole where the valve itself goes, and plug the hose that goes into the valve cover on the opposite side.) Take off the oil fill cap. Start the engine. Put your hand over the oil fill, you should feel a breeze coming OUT. If you don't, likely bad intake gaskets.
