Not starting 2002 5.9

2002 1500 5.9 has been hard starting when left out in the cold so I have been keeping it in the garage but had to leave it out an now it tries to fire but no joy, have fuel pressure and spark I now believe its flooded and now doesn't try to fire. Any ideas?

Thank's

A freind came with his digger and pushed it in the garage and 20 minutes in the warm garage and it started right up but it seemed flooded, now how to find the problem, fuel pressure is over 45 pounds.

You are losing something. My guess would be either a bad battery, fuel pump, or crank sensor

If it is flooding out, I would look at the engine coolant temp sensor as well.
