Axle swap

I have a 2003 ram 1500, and I’m considering swapping the front and rear axle for Dana 60/70, I’ve located a 99 with a 60 front and 70 rear with posi, am I able to swap the axles? Or is there more work that needs to go into it, like custom drive shafts, I have torsion bar front suspension

Well, you won't swap a solid axle for a IFS based front very easily... If you want 3/4 ton axles, might be better to just sell and buy the whole truck. You'll get a heavier frame out of the deal as well. You won't be using the 1500 wheels either, you'll need 8 bolt rims.

I won’t be switching for a solid axle, it’s a 99 1500, I’m just wondering if the IFS is the same, and/or the CV axles are different between the 2 generations

All Dodge 4x4 full size trucks in 99 used a solid axle front suspension.

Dana 60/70 is a front and rear for a *2500* truck with 8 bolt wheels, pre 2003. If its sitting in a 1500, someone either has 1500 badges on a 2500 or went through an axle conversion on a 1500. They are solid axles, front and rear, which will give you loads of customizing to do if you try that approach. Good luck.
