Hi folks I have had new brakes and new tires new rotors new brake power booster all kinds of stuff done in my truck I have a 2005 Dodge ram pickup now my brake lights are on and won't go off unless I disconnect the battery. I have been told that it could be the brakes which I have been told it could be a different sensor I have been told all kinds of stuff I am not about to spend another Penny on anything that it could be I want to fix it. Any suggestions?

Check the brake pedal switch. Pull up on the pedal, see if the lights go off.
Moving this to third gen ram section for ya. :D |
Yes there is a switch by the brake pedal, there is also a certain way to install it. Instructions come with a new switch. There is a lever on the switch, while I forget the instructions, the lever may not have been moved! reposition it, you got nothing to lose at this point.
