I've got a 2007 dodge ram 1500. I disconnected the battery to clean the terminals before winter hits. After reconnecting the battery, my driver door is now not wanting to open and feels like its stuck. With the door unlocked I have to tug hard on the door and to open it. I am wondering if I somehow did something with the anti theft or alarm system on the truck. I do not have keyless entry which I believe controls the trucks alarm. The door opened fine before I disconnected the battery so I have no clue why simply disconnecting the battery triggered something in the door to make it not want to open. Any thoughts? thanks!
