Navigation CD's

Does anyone know how to get replacement cd's for the RB4 navigation system? I just bought an 04 and kit was missing the East Cd.

Not familiar with the RB4 (I have the RB1) but I looked at eBay and saw the CD's selling for $1.00 plus $10 shipping.
