Hey guys, I'm looking at a 2003 Ram quad cab with the 4.7 and I just wanted to come ask the experts what kind of durability and fuel mileage I can expect form this engine. It has 39,000 miles on the odometer and has an automatic transmission and is 2 wheel drive. Any info you guys could give me would be really appreciated.

 

With routine maintenance you should expect anywhere from 150k + miles easy...

 

I have a 2002 quad cab 4.7 with 70,000 miles,no problems yet,gas mileage 14mpg and the worst was 9mpg
