209.00 brand new just ordered hes got 9 or 10 left superchips 3815 there brand new and guarenteed

That is a good deal on those tuners. And the seller has 100% positive feedback which is always nice.

Why don't these ones get the new tranny options? Is that actually something in the programmer that can't be internet updated?

You can update the 3815 on the internet, it just won't get the tranny options. Here is the reason why below:

I haven't been in the game on keeping up with this stuff since May.

IDK what they are but I hear that they are supposed to be amazing. Maybe one of the guys who are beta testing could fill you in but I don't think they have even begun testing yet.
