Gas tank filling issues on 2103 ram

Having problems filling the gas tank on 2013 ram outdoorsman, pump keeps shutting of, takes 10 minutes or longer to fill tank, is there a DIY fix for this or does dealer have to fix?

Check and see if the tank vent tube is clogged/kinked/whathaveyou.
