What's with the duals?
 

Drove through a dealer's lot today and saw two 2009 1500 Quad Cabs. Both had the Hemi. One had OEM chrome duals while the other had the single exhaust. What's the difference? Why the duals? BTW: they looked AWESOME !:cool:

The duals are not standard with the hemi. They can be ordered or can be included in a package.

They are not dual ex..

Y pipe into one muffler two out lets from the muffler.

The duals come standard on Sports and Laramies... not sure if you can order it as an option on an SLT or not.. it'd make sense if you could.

THe dual outs do let good, But I would go for the full meal deal and remove the y pipe run two mufflers and use the rear ex pipes.

they do look good and sound good for a stock system also.
have one sitting in the garge right now.:)
