Not sure where you live put here in Delaware you CANNOT transport a handgun under the seat without a CCDW and I know that for a fact. Must be unloaded on the front seat, rear seat, or trunk.

I don't get all caught up in that, I know I should if it's the law, but I know if someone tries to steel my car or threaten me, chances are they don't have one. All this liberal bull makes me mad. I've used guns all my life, and I'm a veteran. All the "bad eggs" in this country are the reasons for these laws, but they're criminals. They are not going to register thier guns or get a permit. If they wanted to they would get turned down. I know I'm lawfully wrong, but the government is morally wrong, and I'm exercising the rights given to me by the people who had enough ***** to stand-up for this country. Not some ***git politician who tries to gain votes by establishing a false since of security. That's all I'm going to asy about it because this forum helps me relax and have fun. Sorry if I offend anyone.

As you can see in the upper right hand corner of this post, I live in the greatest country, I mean state, ever, Texas. I've read the law(s) pertaining to this several times, as well as several analyses of the law, so I'm 110% certain it's all good.

I'm not even going to attempt to get into Texas law because I have no idea.

Sorry about the hijack but I think we established that if your valve caps are metal replace them asap with plastic ones... If its not too late...
