I'm not a truck guy
So with that said, if this is stupid, please let me know.
I bought a new 2010 ram CC, with the HEMI. Its really cold out (-21 today) and I took it to the store (5-7 minute drive) after warming it up. Went in, got what I needed from the store and came out, the truck wouldn't start. Sounded like the ignition was turning but nothing. I had to pull the key out, wait 30 seconds and then it did start. THis is the second time this has happened, and both times in cold weather. Is this normal or should I contact the dealer? |
i would take it to the dealer but then u run into the issue of the no start. i could be a relay is going bad, but ur best bet is take it in.

Take her in. Use you cell phone video camera to document the problem when it happens again.
I have had another intermittent issue with my power seat not working. Everytime I swung thru the dealer to get it fixed the issue would not be there. Filmed it with my iPhone and took the video into the dealer so they could SEE it happening and they installed a new seat controller on the spot. No more seat issues. |
