it has been great, i have heard lots of guys talking about shakes and stuff like that after putting on a leveling kit but i havent had a single problem. it is the daystar 2.5" front and 2" rear. i havent been to the dealer since putting it on but i needto for some issues existing before the lift. it is pretty simple and i did do an alignment. hopefully soon i can afford a 4" on top of this.

4x4ramrod get it to the dealership, i wanna know if they say anything. your courage putting on this kit is my courage getting one ordered. as far as i understand the lift will only affect the suspension warranty and if thats true i can handle that. thats all i want to know.

Well... not exactly. Usually the dealer can also say that a suspension lift voids the powertrain warranty. The reason is b/c when you raise the suspension, you change the drive-line angles, therefore increasing the stress on all moving parts from the engine back. The easy fix is to do a t-case drop to compensate, but this starts eating into your clearance.

With this said, did you check your angles? was there much of a difference and if so, did you or do you plan to correct?

I'm curious what your dealer says when you take it back in for work, as mine has already said that my warranties would be void.

One last question, have you tried putting it in 4wd yet? any shaking or hopping like a lot of others have complained about?

Your truck looks good, and makes me want to do the install.
