Default heated mirrors

Has anyone had the situation where only one of the mirrors comes on when you turn on the defroster. My drivers side is not functioning, I am gonna take it to the dealer but wondering if anyone else has had a problem with mirrors or the switch?

Might want to just pop the door panel off and make sure that all of the plugs for the mirror are seated. Takes about 5 minutes to remove the door panel, much quicker than a trip to the dealer if it is just an unseated plug.

I am more worried about the switch connections I have been in there a few times messing with the radio and putting a lockpick in there

Seems unlikely that it could be the switch if one of the mirrors is working. The switches are all low voltage signals to the TPMS which is where the power for the mirrors is switched.
