Any issues with 2/4 drop with OEM 20's
 

Looking at doing the 2/4 drop with the spindles on the front of my 2012 Ram 1500 Express single cab 2wd. Have read some say that it sticks the front tires out a little wider with the spindles. Is that true? Is that designed to create clearance for something?

I want to run the stock 20 inch tires and wheels and am wondering if this amount of drop on the front will cause any rub with this set up?

I am interested in the drop because it sits up so darn high that I have to jump up into it and I dislike the stirrup steps and nerfbars.

I have extensively used the search on the forum and have found very little info on lowering.

Ran mine for a year on stock wheels & tires, no rubbing, no problems. You'll be good. :)
