Trans problem

Trans problem
I have an 09 Laramie with 102k miles an the lifetime power train warranty. Dropped it at the dealer with the trans getting stuck in 4th gear and an active code P0750 which is for the solenoids in the transmission. Got a call back from the girl at the dealer saying that the mechanic checked and said my ECM needs to be flashed with an update before he can do anything with the solenoids. He said he doesn't think that will fix the problem, but it needs to be done. And go figure....the update is not covered and they want me to pay $60 for it. Why would I pay for something that's not going to fix my truck? It seems to me that if dodge found a problem with the original programming that needs to be updated they should be the ones paying for it. So basically I have to fight this one out with the service manager Monday morning because he wasn't there when she called. Anyone have any thoughts on this before I talk to him?

2012 Dodge 1500 5.7L Hemi 4X4 Crew Cab Transmission Problems.
I got it new off the floor with 4mi and have had the same problem from the start. Transmission stuck in forth. First time at 4,567mi, second at 12,206mi, third at 31,951mi and now again at 62,897mi
All the same codes, all at the same time
P0750 Shift solenoid A
P0882 TCM power input signal low
P0846 Trans fluid pressure sensor switch B circuit range/performance
P0871 Trans fluid pressure sensor switch C circuit range/performance
P0988 Trans fluid pressure sensor switch E circuit range/performance
P0876 Trans fluid pressure sensor switch D circuit range/performance
All repairs are under warranty, however this issue is getting excessive and warranty’s don’t last forever. Dealer guy just slaps my on the back and says sometimes you just get a bad one out of the factory and offers me coffee. NOT WHAT I WANT TO HEAR!!! Any ideas on why I’m having this issue? Drive bad, something I’m doing, problem waiting on a recall, or is it really just got a $46,000 bad one?

Could there be some kind of lemon law for that? Same problem more than 3 times?

Trans stuck in 4th gear on Dodge Truck
Hello. I know this is a late post but just had to share this with you.
I had the exact same problem and spent 600 dollars for new solenoid system. Six months later it did it again
BUT... this time i had acquired a trick!!!
All you have to do is this.
1) find that little button that re sets the trip meter
2) push it in and hold it
3) turn the the key to the "on" position but DON"T start it
4) let the dash lights go crazy and it will buzz and the speedometer will bounch up and down
4) when it is thru with all that the check engine light will come on , then let the little button loose
5) turn key off, close the door , crank it up and take it for a test drive and you will be happy
Cheers
