Wasn't this truck in a flood and totaled in the US? I recall somebody overseas posting here about getting a Ram from the US that has been in a flood.

looks like i cant get any solution for this issue

i will check with the dealer again in the next service and see what they will say

It doesn't necessarily mean that. Your dealer may be more willing and capable to diagnose it. But now you know that it is not normal and there is something wrong.
