My 2015 Dodge Ram turbo diesel's radio will not work
 

my radio am/fm, satellite radio, nor usb will not work. The screen is stuck on the Dodge ram emblem. However my back up camera still works, but will intermittently go to a blue screen. Any solutions? I have already disconnected the batteries and reconnected. I also checked the fuses.
