Noisy Cooper AT3 tires?

Hi everyone,
I have about 15,000 miles on my Cooper AT3 tires, rotated every 5,000. They have seen to be much noiser lately. It sounds like I'm driving around with snow tires on. Has anyone else experienced this?

Mine are fine at 20k miles. I had them flipped to blackwall side at that 20k mark cause the white on the lettering was severely worn.
