Front Left lean

2015 RAM 1500, quad cab, 4WD, Hemi. 28500 miles. Front left lean more obvious with full tank and is noticeable from the drivers seat. Alignment was previously checked and no mention of ride height issues. Road handling is sub par with pull to the right. Local well known alignment shop mentioned "tire issue" with no explanation. Does my truck need front spring replacement?

Sell it and get a 2nd gen with a solid axle! P.S. you're in the wrong section 😁

I can fix that. :)

How full is your fuel tank? I would also check and look to ensure none of your springs are off their seats, especially the passenger side. Overall, these trucks have a little lean to the left, some more than others.

As for the pull to the right, that's an alignment issue. Most techs give a bit of a proud left alignment adjustment to compensate for the crown in the road and that paired with a incorrectly centered wheel can make it feel like its pulling to the right.

correct me if i missed something here, but around here the road crown causes a pull to the right (typically), so to compensate the alignment would be set to pull left a bit no?

Yes I relayed that wrong, CORRECTED above. They are compensated to the left and I have typically seen the steering wheel not completely centered usually from laziness. The steering wheel ends up pointing left. This amplified with the crown causes the truck to pull to the right when the steering wheel is centered by the driver. Does that make sense? :D

yes, i had to question bc it seemed backwards,

if i take a car in for an alignment and the wheels not straight its going back to be fixed, im not tolerating that BS when i pay good money for work. fortunately i havent had much in the way of alignment issues.
