2009 heater issues

2009 heater issues
Wifes truck has lukewarm air from right side , cold air on left. Does not have dual climate control. Replaced heater core, it was leaking. Worked fine for a week. Back flushed heater core, worked fine for a week. Actuaters are working. I'm at a wall here and my wife needs heat. Can anyone help?
