reverse light flashes and the truck won't move
 

when i shift to r it changes but as soon i give it gas the truck goes like in nature and the reverse light flashes then i put it on park and it starts saying to put it on p and change gears

Have you had any service work done to the transmission? Transmission has gone into limp-in that maybe the problem you are having. Could be just a filter if it has been replaced or solenoid pack.
