Headlights won't work

I have a 2011 RAM 1500 Laramie. Both headlights (low and high beams) stopped working. I changed out the dimmer switch and the multifunction/turn signal switch with no luck. The headlights are LED and less than 6 months old. What else can I do?

Welcome to the forum! Have you checked for voltage to the headlights? I'd like to think you checked that before swapping out the dimmer switch and the multi-function switch, but figure I should ask anyway.
