1954, this is not acceptable behavior of a vendor, let alone a site sponsored one. I will see what can be done. I also tried calling the 866 number, which says it is a not working number.

I assume you paid with CC and the charge did show up on your card?

The # was working on Sat the 16'th when I left my last message, 2 or 3, lol. Yes Sir, I paid with a debit checking card and was emailed me a receipt for purchase. However, there is no proof of purchase when you login to the site to check order status. He was very polite and very showed good salesmanship (Joesph). Anyway, bank records show that fastscionscom is the co account the money was debited to at 310-295-2688 (mailbox #). Maybe these guys are just having a hard time with the economy and got their phone turned off or something, I don't know. And just to let everyone know, I prefer the exhaust over the $, I'm going AFE no matter what. Also tks for your help, and all else concerned. All you guys are great people, sure feels good that you wanna help, till later, tks again ~S~

I called several times again today and I still get " we're sorry, all of your long distance co are busy now, plz try your call again later". When I call from another city, I get the all circuits are busy now, so I'm guessing everyone who calls (866-862-6690) will get a different message. I don't like driving around in my truck with dual bumpers and single exhaust, it looks fake. I'm not sure what to do, but I may gamble and order a set today anyway. Tks, Radio

Give Pat (BadStrat) the day to contact them. I would say if he can not file a claim with your CC company to get the charges reversed, a few more hours will not hurt, typically you have 30 days to dispute.

I got the all circuits is busy and the number is no longer a working number, hard to say if it is a telco issue or a business issue.

That's exactly want make bank told me (30 days), I have a form to fill out and send back in for this following Monday. They may start on the process early, in hopes retrieve the money because it even looks fishy to them. They called the business in my presence as to colaborate my story and checking on the site. It may take a while to get the money back, that's np. I just want to confirm whether it was a scam deal or not. If so, I'll order another asap directly from AFE. And to sarguy01, yes sir I have emailed them and have all records of time and dates which will go on the banks forms. Maybe BradStrat could try emailing them as well to see whats going on with their site. I have just about enough money to get another set, money I was going to get a Diablo tuner and Competition cam with. I was thinking about designing my own CAI, looks like I'm going to have to now . Anyways, someone just say the word, they are closed, gone, and I'll order another set, tks

Vendor gets DF account to sell product and ends up loosing business. hahaha Not everyone is meant to be a business or sales person. You and your company has been getting trashed on this thread and you haven't even posted anything to defend yourself? Maybe someday people will understand that customers are willing to pay for customer service. Maybe your parts didn't come in as planned, or maybe you got too many orders to fill. All you had to do is be truthful to 1954Radio about the situation and he would have never notified us of your extreamly poor service. You have now let your communication failures get out of hand and effect your ability to gain potential customers. Thanks for the heads up 1954Radio. I would recomend canceling the CC transaction and giving the business to a company that appriciates their customers.
