We were able to fit 8 and 10 year olds in back seats, plus 90 lb yellow lab laying on floor. We've had our limited model for 2500 miles so far and love the thing. The surround view is a must have in my opinion. Probably would have skipped the sunroof and saved the money if we could have. Stereo is amazing. Ride is super quiet but engine still has a nice exhaust note when you lay into it. Adaptive cruise with start/stop is very nice. I have a 2015 Durango as well and really feel like the 1500 is an impressive evolution of the tech features. The overall fit and finish of the interior is very nice, we liked it much better than Ford and Chevy options, and the truck was also a bargain compared to them.
Gripes: They took away classic iPod compatibility. No 120v power outlet in back without the rambox. Air conditioning fan is too loud. We have the big rims with painted inserts, i'm not a fan of them or the tire size (too much rim too little rubber). I don't like the pin striped wood trim but couldn't find a loaded Lariat model so this is what we have. The wood part of the steering wheel is slippery and gets hotter than hell when parked.
