Will the Infinity system work?
 

Hey guys,

I'm a die-hard Dodge fan and recently completed our family fleet oftrucks and vansto all Dodge, my latest purchase being a 1992 Dodge Grand Caravan LE. My GC has the Infinity stereo in it. It has a tape deck but no CD. I was wondering what the best route would be to update my system to CD capability. I've updated other systems but all of ourDodges already had ietherI really like the way the Infinity system sounds but I miss my CD's. I guess my major question would be, would the Infinity amp and speakers still work if I swapped out the head unit with a new one? Or would I be better off locating a factory Infinity CD deck? Any suggestions? Thanks guys!!

Either can work ...
An aftermarket deck will need the remote line hooked up to power the remote line on the amp ...

This may sounds like a dumb question, but isn't there a remote line coming off most aftermarkets, it should be light blue right?

My Infinity deck was stolen and the thieves cut off the connectors. I figured out most of the wiring except for 4 or 5 wires. Does anyone have a reference to what the wiring layout might be?
