New radio no sound
 

I recently installed a new jvc. I used all factory connections with after market plugs. Got everything but sound. I feel like the factory preamp isn't powering up. Does anyone know which wire on the preamp is power? 2005 dodge ram 2500 with infinity sound system. Thank you
