2014 Caravan rear camera to aftermarket head unit

2014 Caravan rear camera to aftermarket head unit
I am new to the forum but am hoping someone can help me with this.
We recently acquired a 2014 Grand Caravan. I then bought a Kenwood DNX692 head unit, which has rear camera support. I want to connect the factory rear camera to the Kenwood unit however the white connector to the factory radio, on which the wires from the camera come in, is not going to connect to the Kenwood unit, which is looking for a Phono plug connector.
I can do the wiring to a suitable connector but don't know which wire is which to wire it correctly. Has anyone hooked up the stock camerato an aftermarket unit?
The wires coming in from the camera are grey/red, grey/blue and ground. Does anyone know the color coding?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated so I can get this unit installed for my wife.
