Uconnect 430N sound mutes
 

I have a 2013 Durango with the 430N radio, A few days ago the radio would go mute after a few seconds. If you turn the radio off then on it will produce sound again but go mute after 5 to 10 seconds. This happens if it is on radio/cd or hdd. Does anyone know what might be wrong. I have the latest update and did a soft reboot after calling the uconnect people. They said the next step is the dealer. I would rather try and fix it myself if possible.
