Default Radio noise on am stations

2010 dodge ram, (that doesn't need to be running) has radio noise on AM stations. The noise stops once i put my foot on the brake pedal.
Been having this problem for several years. I have tried everything grounding attennna, radio. I checked the body grounds all no fault found. Nothing seems to work! Starting to think that dodge doesn't care.
Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

X2! Yea it's useless unless you are right next to the radio tower. Don't know why the FCC doesn't do away with it and expand the FM band. Putting on some programing that i would want to listen to is another story.
